Nick and Shaun met at Warwick University, where they occasionally studied History.
Most of their time was spent playing football and lounging about reading the Daily Mirror.
Nick Davidson
Nick works as a freelance graphic designer (he designed the cover artwork for
Modern Football is Rubbish). He studied History and Politics at Warwick University.
This is Nick’s second book. In 2002, he wrote Team Shirts to Ticket Stubs: A Visual History of Watford Football Club 1977-2002 published by Watford Football Club.

Nick is a fan of Watford & Sankt Pauli and, along with Shaun, plays five-a-side football every Wednesday night. Chasing eighteen-year old kids around the football pitch makes
him feel very old.
Nick is married with two children, aged five and two.
Shaun Hunt
Shaun works as a manager for a well-known restaurant chain. Shaun studied History at Warwick University between 1990-93. Although Nick and Shaun played in the same football team at university it took them several months to realise they were actually on the same degree course.
Born and raised in Cornwall, supporting Liverpool was the obvious choice. He is now the assistant manager of Cadbury Athletic under-10s. He plays football for the Spleen Team every Wednesday alongside Nick.
Shaun is also married with two children, aged ten and seven.
This is his first book.
